About

How to Knot Me is a personal collection of hand-made paracord craft by Matsi. Crafted items include but aren’t limited to: wristbands or survival bracelets, key chains, collars, leashes, belts, dice bags. Each item is crafted from high quality paracord and misc hardware such as buckles, d-rings, split rings. Matsi continues to perfect this craft by learning and practicing many different styles of knots and designs.

Parachute cord (also paracord or 550 cord when referring to type-III paracord) is a lightweight nylon kernmantle rope originally used in the suspension lines of parachutes. This cord is useful for many other tasks and is now used as a general purpose utility cord by both military personnel and civilians. 550 paracord is rated to support 550+ pounds, hence the name.

Some uses for paracord are: replacement of boot laces, bow and arrow, rifle sling, making a splint, wrapping the tang of a knife, animal snare, sewing up clothing, rappelling, fishing net, fishing line, pulley system, sewing up wounds, tourniquet, trip wire, hammock, making a bow drill to start a fire, dental floss, replacing a broken zipper pull.

Sizes in the shop are measured for a loose comfortable fit, while you have a bit of leeway in fitting, we are not responsible if you order the wrong size of wristband. We would be happy to make a custom sized wristband for you if the sizes in the shop don’t match your needs.
